Joseph Rodriguez, Senior Accountant

Mr. Rodriguez joined NPAS in 2020 and has over twenty-five years’ experience in non-profit accounting and financial reporting. He specializes in account reconciliations, general ledger management, account analysis and preparation of customized financial reports. Prior to joining NPAS, Joseph worked for over ten years at State Theatre New Jersey as a General Ledger Accountant. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, his responsibilities included preparation of daily cash management reports, account reconciliations, month and year end closing entries, and financial reports for the board of trustees. Additionally, he worked at Hyacinth Foundation for six years where he maintained the general ledger, provided assistance in budget preparation for multiple grants, prepared reports of expenditures for various funding sources, and facilitated completion of the annual audit.

Joseph holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Raritan Valley Community College and is a New Jersey State Certified Notary Public. Mr. Rodriguez resides in Bound Brook, New Jersey.
