Nataliya Kasatkin, CPA, Senior Consultant

Ms. Kasatkin joined NPAS in 2020 has nearly twenty years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, internal controls, and compliance. Nataliya has excellent technical competence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and high level of attention to detail.

Prior to joining NPAS, Nataliya worked for a Fortune 500 company where she performed technical accounting research on new accounting standards, reviewed financial filings, coordinated with external auditors to complete quarterly reviews and annual audits, developed action plans for mitigation of audit findings, and analyzed financial performance against budget. She also assisted in the refinement and maintenance of accounting policies, internal controls and operating procedures. Additionally, Ms. Kasatkin spent nearly ten years in public accounting at “Big 4” and large regional CPA firms where she provided audit, accounting, and consulting services to clients in various industries, including nonprofit organizations.

Nataliya graduated from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) with a B.S. in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Kasatkin resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
